We are now looking for a Mobile Windscreen Repair Technician to work in our thriving company owned Chelmsford founder territory looking after our existing clients across all CM postcode areas.

Mobile Windscreen Repair Technician - £24,000 - £30,000 DOE

As a Windscreen Repair Technician you will be the friendly face of Screen Rescue, visiting our clients on a regular and reliable basis. You'll be maintaining long-term business relationships and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer services as you look after their windscreen and glass repairs.

Screen Rescue will provide you with your own fully equipped corporate van and all the equipment necessary to carry out your repair works to the high of standards that we and our clients expect.

Previous experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be provided to NVQ level 2 in Windscreen Repair followed by the latest industry recognised 4M accreditation and certified registration. You will be fully competent and confident at undertaking the repair of all windscreen and glass damages in a range of clients from main dealerships and large fleet clients to our public transport and logistic commercial clients.

You will also benefit from ongoing training and our daily support. For the chosen candidate, there is opportunity for career progression to a Senior Windscreen Repair Technician where your level of earnings will increase. Earning potential is uncapped. The more clients you look after, the more you will earn.

Reporting to: director Commission: £22,380 - £26,612 DOE (unlimited earnings) Days: 5.5 per week (Mon-Fri + Sat am) Immediate Start

Skills and attributes required We are looking for an honest and friendly individual with a positive attitude and the ability to maintain well established, existing client relationships. Clean driving license ideal.
