Screen Rescue set new Q3 records in September 2021!
Screen Rescue franchisor, Jaime Hilario is delighted to announce a number of new milestones have been reached with yet another major team performance in Q3.
While the UK economic recovery lost some momentum in Q3, Screen Rescue went into overdrive delivering their full-time, full-on proactive windscreen and glass repair services across all sectors of the commercial automotive industry.
“We are delighted,” franchisor, Jaime Hilario says, “to announce new milestones have been reached with another major team performance in Q3. This is a quarter in which newcomer technician, Nick Parry joined Screen Rescue Chelmsford stepping admirably into Jaime Junior’s big boots, and in which franchisee, Keith Harrison who owns and operates Screen Rescue Stevenage flew past his first year of trading.
“Once again there have been some outstanding individual achievements in this last quarter and the stats speak for themselves. Firstly, there must be a special shout-out to franchisee, Keith who has grown his business with his Q3 revenues up an astonishing 85.1% on last year. This also translates into an increase in the number of his repair works – up 84.1% on last year’s Q3.
“Keith is a great success story for Screen Rescue,” continues Jaime, “and has taken his virgin franchise territory from zero clients to 84 in just twelve months with 80% of these commercial clients providing repeat business he can rely on month-on-month, and so plan his future by.”
“I do feel very lucky,” says, franchisee, Keith. “I know there are plenty of other businesses across the UK that suffered far more than me, even now, free of lockdown. This goes to show the Screen Rescue business model is robust and why Screen Rescue is such an interesting franchise to join.”
“Welcoming our newcomer, technician Nick Parry,” states Jaime, “has also brought about an upturn in sales revenues in this last quarter. Overall, Screen Rescue revenues for Q3 are up 16.7% on last year. Our specialised Glass Scratch Removal and Polish repair services have also seen an increase in demand, with growth in this revenue stream at 25.2% on last year. Collectively our Automotive windscreen and glass repair works are up 13.0% and Screen Rescue HGV Commercial sectors have also seen an increase in revenues, up 15.5% for windscreen repairs.
“These results are a clear indicator of the businesses in the commercial automotive industry, now free from lockdown, that are heading towards something that looks like normal trading.
“The increased number of repairs carried out across all our commercial automotive sectors in this quarter, compared with last year’s Q3 period are also demonstrating the client sectors are now taking a grip on their windscreen replacement costs preferring to save money with our specialist repair services when and where they can. This only cements our unique positioning within the commercial automotive world even further, which is fantastic news for us.”
Nick adds, “It is really great to be able to build business relationships face-to-face once again and to deliver an exceptional client experience with repair quality that I’ve certainly never seen before. Leading the industry, as we do with our advanced technology repair systems, it’s no surprise to see our quarter results are so solid.”
