Screen Rescue post strong Q2 2021 financial results.

Screen Rescue has succeeded in accelerating out of lockdown, delivering strong financial results in the second quarter of 2021, franchisor, Jaime Hilario is delighted to announce.

Our business momentum can be attributed to two of our unique financial drivers.

First: a welcomed return to our proactive repair activities, fundamental to the fast-track start-up of all our franchise units.

Second: a return to delivering our full range of advanced repair services within all commercial automotive sectors, which generates consistent multi-revenue streams. Together, these drivers have resulted in a strong second quarter.

As I announce our strong Q2 financial results, once again I am blown away by the collective efforts of our franchise network, technicians and HO team.

In the second quarter of 2021 Screen Rescue revenues were £49.8k, up 40.0% on a reported basis from Q1 and the number of repair works carried out, at 1,318 were up 42.4%.

Interestingly, the sales performance of Screen Rescue Stevenage in Q2, led by franchisee, Keith Harrison was £10,4k up 62.7% on Q1, which is testament to the Screen Rescue proactive franchise model Keith follows religiously.

During lockdown, like many other franchise offerings, we were able to pivot the business and so offered weekday clients our reactive call-out service. As it became their mainstream service, we attended their urgent windscreens and glass damages same day, within the hour.

In this way we were able to add value to many of our client sectors including our main dealership network of clients by assisting their click and collect customers, often carrying out repair works from the comfort of their own front driveway.

Free from lockdown, we returned to our proactive business model activities where we visit all our commercial client sectors on a regular and reliable basis. Here we maintain large fleets and handle vital windscreen and glass damage problems in volume. Every repair saves our clients thousands of pounds as they can all but eliminate their need to replace costly windscreens.

In the short-term, our focus remains on increasing staffing support within the head office franchise team and out in the field, adding technician support in Screen Rescue Chelmsford and in Screen Rescue Ipswich.

Longer term we remain committed to the growth of our franchise network and are opening Scotland and Wales welcoming new franchisee enquiries as part of our strategy to cover the UK, north to south and east to west.
