Screen Rescue is delighted to announce Wendy Hurst's 5th Year Anniversary & Senior Promotion

Franchisors, Jaime and Amanda Hilario are delighted to extend their congratulations to Wendy Hurst in recognition of her 5th Year Anniversary with Screen Rescue, as Wendy adds another exemplary year to her service since joining Screen Rescue back in 2018.

Amanda states, "Because we value Wendy so highly in this business, in conjunction with her five year anniversary long service we are extremely delighted to announce her immediate promotion to Senior Accounts Assistant within the franchise support team at Head Office.

"Wendy manages month end company accounts, and supports the network with daily invoicing, statement management and remittance collections as well as looking after any account queries while keeping a vigilant eye on client credit control and credit alerts.

"Her level of committment goes far beyond the remit of her job role as she often rolls her sleeves up and takes on new challenges when needed.

Amanda continues, "Following a 14-year career within Barclays Bank, Wendy joined the business back in January 2018 bringing a strong corporate customer and finance focus. She understands the cash flow needs of a new business and has been instrumental in the start-up and launch of all new franchisees.

"In fact, in the recent onboarding and start-up of our latest franchisees, Stewart Barriball of Screen Rescue Plymouth and Glenn Bowker of Screen Rescue Birmingham, Wendy has since managed the set-up of over 80 new client accounts these franchisees have already won and is their main accounts relationship manager ensuring payment expectations and BACS runs are met to assist each new franchisee's cash flow."

Wendy believes, “Every franchisee needs control of their business from the start, so we deliver a safety net of trusted financial operations essential to their success.”

As Screen Rescue increase franchise support staff, external Technicians and, as the franchise network grows, franchisor Amanda concludes, "We genuinely look forward to working with Wendy for [at least] another five years and we continue to regard her as an exceptional, extremely vital, and highly valued team member, hence her well deserved promotion."

Out of the office, Wendy loves socialising with family and friends and can be found walking in the Suffolk countryside enjoying nature. She also plans to explore many areas of the UK, from the Isle of Wight to the Scottish Highlands.
