Q: You're approaching 24 months of trading as Screen Rescue Lincoln & Doncaster. Has being your own boss given you a better work/ life balance?

A: Over the last two years my work/life balance has completely changed for the better. I now have more spare time and a lot less stress. I can plan the odd Saturday off when I want to race - I have a pretty full-on hobby racing my track bike, so I just plan my client repair schedules around them. It's a real win-win.
