Tell me, how did you find the H&S Training and the Technical Training - completing all the repair disciplines?
Absolutely fantastic! Both franchisors make you feel at home when training you. Every moment is spent doing and learning something productive. I couldn't fault it.

We honestly settle for nothing but excellent repair works in all the repair disciplines we handle. Because of our cutting edge, industry leading technical equipment, I beleive our clients would say we are the best at what we do.
In what ways does this role change your life?
Moving into this role has been a great lifestyle change. I've found it's given me more structure and balance while still allowing me to use my customer service skills and technical ability.
How have you found the repair systems and operating processes in place?
The systems in place are second to none. Because of our industry leading equipment, most of the glass damages are repairable. I have had consistent and positive feedback from my commercial automotive and fleet clients.
When you look ahead, what do you want to achieve in the next 12 months?
Looking ahead, I want to build on what I've learned so far and keep improving every day. My aim is to become a highly skilled NVQ qualified technician known for my repairs quality and my reliability, while I continue to provide a friendly, professional service that customers can trust.
What do you enjoy best about this role and how is it different from your last job?
My last job, although I enjoyed it, was very different. In this role, our clients are genuinely amazed at what we are able to achieve. I do feel very valued.
You're working outdoors in all weathers from the extreme heat to ice fronts. Why does this work so well for you?
In my last job I was working long hours in a showroom selling motorcycles. In this role, I'm outdoors and meeting new people everywhere I go. I'm so much happier and healthier!
What advice would you give to anyone considering a Screen Rescue franchise?
I would recommend the Screen Rescue franchise to anyone who likes working with people and being active, while providing a valid repairs service. Be ready to get stuck in, ask questions and learn as much as you can. In fact, the more effort you put into this business, the more you get back!
